It isn't reading them that is the problem its getting them there in a
usable format from a spread sheet.

You can read tables via  the bn. Just change the reading mode settings
to line and columns instead of paragraphs. Check chapter 7 and I think 3
of the manual.

Well it was an idea. However the lack of table and spreadsheet support
does concern me especially as more and more documents are using tables
to organize information

It has been my experience that when a word doc contains tables it
doesn't 
open in KeyWord at all. It seems to me that the document keeps trying to

load but never does and I've had to reset my unit.So I don't think this
will 
work.
