I am having a problem when trying to copy addresses in to the default "Address List" from another file. I have taken the following actions when I receive the error: 1.. from the main menu I select "A" for Address List. 2.. Upon entering the Address List menu I choose "S" for "Setup Options"; then "Select KeyList File" and type in the name of the other address list that I want to copy entries from. 3.. I then press enter and am returned to the Setup Options Menu. I press escape and am returned to the KeyList Menu. 4.. I then choose "C" for Copy Addresses and am prompted to choose whether I will be copying addresses to a document or an address list. I choose "A" for address list. 5.. I am then prompted for the destination file name. I choose "Address List" from the list of files and receive the following error message: "Exception: command: 398 at 1843. access violation reading 8519152." I have spoken with Technical support in California and was told that possibly my address list.cdb file may be corrupted. In light of that I tried the following: 1.. I moved the address list .cdb file onto a compact flash card thus removing it from the keylist directory on the flash disk. Prior to this I had exported the data from the address list file by using the export database to CSV option of the "Database Conversion" option in the "Utilities" menu. 2.. I then went back in to the KeyList menu and accessed the address list. I was prompted to create a new address list database and responded in the affirmative. 3.. Once the empty address list file had been created I again used the database conversion option and chose import database from CSV. 4.. Once the address list was again filled I attempted to copy addresses to it again as stated above and received the same error. I would appreciate any assistance you can give me on resolving this issue as I need to move all the entries in my other file to the default "address list" file.
