Hi Terri:  I'm interested.  I have a hearing problem as well, and used a
headset, that covered both ears, but I listened to the customer and my jaws
speech with the same ear.  I didn't think I could do it, but it wasn't as
difficult as it sounds.  I may need such a headset as you describe in the
