Will all those who get a transplant get a new battery, or will we have to pay extra? Terry Powers -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Wednesday, September 07, 2005 3:01 PM To: Braillenote List Subject: Re: [Braillenote] A question Kathy, we inspect the unit before transplant to insure there are not any serious existing defects. Assuming it passes this test, we go ahead with the transplant and you are given a warranty as if you have purchased a brand new machine. This covers the entire unit.
