Hi Jonathon;
My unit is about 2 years old.  Will all those who get a transplant get a
new
battery, or will we have to pay extra?

Kathy, we inspect the unit before transplant to insure there are not any
serious existing defects. Assuming it passes this test, we go ahead with
the transplant and you are given a warranty as if you have purchased a
brand new machine. This covers the entire unit.
