Hi, Sometimes I copy my stuff onto flash cards, and while it shows up on
my 
pc, it doesn't immediately show up on my BNPK, so I do a reset with C3
and 
C4 held down, and there it is.  I don't know why this happens, but
that's my 
fix.
I often save my documents in rtf, because it seems to be the easiest way
to 
transfer files for me, but there are people who are a lot more technical

than I am on this list, and they can also advise you.
