I HAD SOMEONE COME OUT AND THEY INCRIPTED OUR COMPUTERS FOR OUR WIRELESS.
IS THERE SOMEWHERE TO GO IN MY PC TO SEE WHERE MY KEY NUMBER IS SO I CAN
ACCESS THE CONNECTION WITH MY BN?

Desiree,

Delete the connectivity configuration out of your BN and start over
again. I had the very same problem and this is what I had to do in order
to get it to work. It really sounds like a strange solution but for
whatever reason a bug creeped into something and I couldn't access my
network either. I've done the same thing when in a hotel. If it didn't
work, I deleted the connectivity configuration and started over
again. This usually fixes the problem.
