It was obvious that keyweb is an i.e. engin ran program and just cause other componets are your code, doesn't mean that keysoft is comparable to explorer.exe. Also why Not just support http or exchange then to just rewrite the manual?

When you open a Word document for example, we utilise a Microsoft doc to RTF converter which we then convert to KeyWord, which is all our own code. However, if you open an RTF file, we use a converter to bring it into KeyWord which again, is our own code. Regarding your comments concerning KeyMail, we are aware that the manual claims we support many popular protocols and this will be rectified as soon as possible. It is not a deliberate attempt to mislead BrailleNote uses but rather, a documentation error. Your comments about KeySoft being a shell only holds true for some KeySoft components. To give an example, KeyWeb uses an Internet Explorer engine but KeyPlan is again, all our own.
