Well back in October I tried to install active sync and never have been able
to get any of it to work with the mpower so you are not alone my friend.

I wrote about this some days back -- my email addresses disappearing when I
use KeySync. At that point I thought it may be because I had transferred
most of my contacts from a Pocket PC device to my computer before using
KeySync. That theory is now out the window. I manually re-typed a couple
hundred email addresses into my address book, told KeySync to use the
BrailleNote copies of any addresses where there were conflicts, and now my
email addresses are gone again! What gives! I CAN'T be the only person in
the universe having problems with KeySync randomly trashing TONS of email
addresses! Any ideas?
