Hi Don,
Excellent. Thank you. I see that now. The only question I'm left with
is from the BN end, if I wanted to use the USB connection to go on the net
until I get my wireless card, I am not getting the option to use USB in the
create account area. It only lets me hit enter for my internal modem. Am I
doing something wrong?

Thanks

Hi John,

If I'm understanding you correctly, you are getting connected according to
your pc.

Can you open my computer and find an icon there for mobile devices? If so,
you should be able to hit enter and then see the various drives and folders
on the bn.

If so, you're in fine shape. You can't actually see anything on your pc
from the braillenote end of this however.

But, you can move files back and forth to and from the braillenote via your
pc keyboard and the usual cut and paste procedures you're used to in
windows.

So, in short, you can move data to and from the bn and even move files and
folders around on the bn, but it must be done from the pc end.

I hope I'm understanding your question and problem correctly. If not,
please let me know as I've been using activesync with the braillenote for a
few years now.

Don

Hi Listers,
Since I'm new to the list and don't want to clutter it with questions
that probably have been asked, can anyone kindly contact me off list in
regard to some help with ActiveSynch. I am having a problem with the BN
seeing my PC. The PC sees the BN and the status shows, connected, but my BN
does not seem to want to connect to the PC.

Thank You
