Isaac,
Try pressing a cursor routing button directly over what you want to find. Then
you will know exactly what to type in the find string.

Subject: Re: [Braillenote] the find command with the PK

Rhonda,
I think the problem is that I am copying the text exactly as I see it
instead of using computer braille.
for example in grade two braille chapter two verse forty eight will look
like this:
#b3dh
And I should be writing
2:48
So you see? I am so used to copying exactly what I see and that's causing
me a problem here. I think there's a translator somewhere in the mix.
I have the same problem in web-braille.
thanks to all for their help.
Isaac
