This is Joseph. I forgot about that. It is by design.
Plying .wav files has been discussed a few mmonths.
You can play any .wav files by pressing enter on any
application (I would recommend File Manger). It has
been known that Windows CE plays .wav files in
separate player. I hope this information may help you.
