Hi Jean,
  You create a keylist definition file.  You then paste the address list 
definition file into your new file, and change the fields to reflect the needs 
of your own database.
  Information on database creation is in the chapter dealing with the address 
list.  However, the manual recommends you create your definition files in the 
general folder, but I personally feel more comfortable creating definition 
files in the keylist folder, as Marlaina Lieberg suggested years ago when she 
posted notes on database creation.
