Hi Terry,

If you are going to write something in computer braille and you don't hear the prompt "computer braille is required", type a backspace with G followed by the letter J which stands for zero. This one entry only will be in computer braille, no number signs are required. If you wish to bypass your call waiting feature on your phone, you'd type the ISP number as follows: backspace G J (or backspace G0) *70,2573303 and the phone number will be properly entered. The star is dots 1 6 in computer braille. Once you go to the next field, you will be typing in grade two again. Pressing enter usually takes the BN back to grade two. One can set their keyboard entry to grade two more permanently if they wish but I'd rather write in grade two braille unless I need to enter something in computer braille. I don't know a great deal about math symbols though!

James;
Can you explain how to write numbers in computer braille on a BT. After our conversation about lowercase and number signs, yesterday, I am comfused. I thought computer braille was lowercase numbers. Sarah or Sarai said I had to use number sign for the phone number. What did she mean. Also if you know about math symbols, can you answer my e-mail about math symbols or someone out there, please.

type in 9 comma then the desired ISP number. If you have a BT keyboard,
type all of this in computer braille. I use to type in the new number over
the number I used at home, then once I got home, I'd type in the ISP number
I use at home. This saved me from always creating a new Email account. To
each their own though!
