Hello,

I, or to my knowledge, any customers, have not noticed any extra noise with
Bluetooth turned on and I use it quite a lot. I do not personally have a
mobile with Bluetooth either. It shouldn't make any difference whether you
have a mobile present or not as to whether the BrailleNote makes a noise on
power off as anything that happens when flicking the switch is most likely
to be hardware related. Having said this, we're happy to try and look into
a problem if people are able to produce something consistently or at least,
on a regular basis.

Hi Dean,

Should there be a noise, turning the Bn off, when you have the Bluetooth
feature turned on, but not cellphone?
