If you do a reset holding down 123 if it's a Braille keyboard you will

be able to delete the folder.

I have a friend who is using Keysoft version 6. There is a folder that

is trying to delete. But, he is getting a message that tells him that he
cannot delete this file because another process is using it or something

that effect.
