Actually, I just deleted a full folder on the pk. No trouble at all.
It was a strange thing more because the lady who presses the keys on the pc didn't exactly know what she was doing, but, it was my books folder and for some strange reason, not all of the books got on theflash card. So, I deleted the folder with no problem at all and redid it and now it works like a charm.

I never could delete a folder unless it was empty, though.

Hi Brenda,

The folder wouldn't necessarily have to be empty. You are quite correct on
the reset though.

It seems to me that if a program didn't unload correctly, a reset should
fix it, perhaps a session with all three resets? Wouldn't that fix it so the
folder could be deleted? That's assuming, of course, that the folder has
been emptied first. I'm just guessing here and asking if my guess is valid.

Hi List,

The reason for this will be that a program hasn't exited correctly after
you
have finished using it.

Please let us know if you notice any constant patterns in this regard as
we
would be interested in logging such issues so we can continue to improve
the
KeySoft user experience.

I'm glad you suggested this, Ray. I thought that this could work but
wanted
another opinion before doing that.

Is this happening because of a corrupted file?

If you do a reset holding down 123 if it's a Braille keyboard you will
then
be able to delete the folder.

Hi!

I have a friend who is using Keysoft version 6. There is a folder that
he
is trying to delete. But, he is getting a message that tells him that
he
cannot delete this file because another process is using it or
something
to
that effect.

What is the solution to fix this? Thanks.
