Hello Theresa, If you have not done so already, from the utilities/application menu, run the manual file in the Windows folder on the KeySoft system disk that matches your BrailleNote model, pressing enter at the command line. For example, if you have a BrailleNote BT, run the bnbn.exe and for a VoiceNote QT, vnq.exe etc. Once the file has finished executing, perform a normal reset.
You should also check the amount of free disk space on the flashdisk as a lack of free disk space can cause the manual to be inaccessible. You will need at least 2 mb free.
