I'm truly pleased Kim got her answer and is well on her way to upgrade! Keep up the great work!

Hi Jim and list members,

While it is certainly true that all of us in the HumanWare Group are more
than a bit overwhelmed, rest assured that we are all still working hard and
striving to be responsive to our customer's needs and inquiries. Our
records show that Kim left a message over the weekend when our Us office is
closed, but her message was in fact responded to today and her request is
receiving appropriate action.

Thanks to everyone for your patience, support and understanding.

Regards,

Kim,

Please be patient especially on a day like today when Russel Smith, head of

the company died tragically in a plane crash. I'm certain this shook up
everything! Keep trying to contact them though!
