I'm not joking!  One of the reasons I do not use a Braillenote right now
is because it had to be repaired so often.
Although I teach the Braillenote, I have switched to a different product
simply because I have found the device to be way too fragile and subject
to repair.
I know that others have had nothing but good luck with their devices,
and I'm glad that my experiences represent the minority, but if you have
had to deal with constant repair issues, you don't think objectively
after a while.
