This is interesting, I've had a similar situation with my voicenote m power qt. Here's what's happening, I called tech support about it the other day, and they suggested I send it in, which I did today. Admittedly, I don't think a product should need to be sent in, especially one this new. With a full charge, I'll disconnect the adapter, and when using the unit, it will lock up, some times while saying something, and then it keeps repeating the last syllable, a reset clears that up. But, if the power is off for a few hours, the unit totally locks up. The power switch does nothing, no type of reset, including a service reset works, the only thing that unfreezes it is once the battery dies completely, plugging it back in reboots it. I'm wondering if it's an issue with the patch, like I said this only started happening after that was installed. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Caitlin" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Sunday, November 27, 2005 4:44 PM Subject: [Braillenote] Why Would My BN Be Locking Up A Lot?
