I don't know how this works on the PK.  ON my Voice Note I just change the
setting for DST from "yes" to "no" and synchronize the clock.  I was trying
to help, and I didn't see where you stated you had the BN clock option set
to "no" for DST.  I thought maybe it might have been set that way at the
factory, because California observes DST.
