If you don't find a fix, it may be an admin thing.  My computer from
came from an AT so called specialist and when they set the computer up
they did not give me full permissions.  I was unable to update my
computer to service pack 2.  I now have the instructions for changing
this and can send it to you tomorrow if you would like (its 3:14 am so
I'm not doing it while I'm falling asleep).  Let me know if you want
them.
