Hi Jonathan;
I was cleaning up and came across this. I had requested a braille copy of
the manual, back when I had 5.0. Why would Pulsedata lead them astray. I
know the braille manual exists. I am going to order one for the m-power. I
never got the old copy. Do you think Marc even called Pulsedata? I have no
wway to find out. Let me know what you think. Do you have any way of
checking if the call even came in? I can imagine them saying they were out,
but not having any is crazy. Not long ago, someone ordered one for the
M-power and got the wrong version. That is how I know they exist.
Thanks for any help you can give. I feal I have been cheated, even though
it was $100 then, it has skyrocketed now.

Hi Terry,

This is a copy of CAP receiving the fax in request. We checked at the time
with Pulse Data Human ware and they said that the manual is available via
CD-ROM, their web site, or it is on the BrailleNote. I checked again today,
and they are saying that they do not provide a hardcopy Braille manual. I
use the manual on the BrailleNote myself and I also down loaded a text
version from the Pulse data Human ware web site.

You Should look for your CD-ROM or download the documentation from the web
site.

I hope this helps.
