Jonathon and all; It states in the handbook that you all sell a braille copy of the manual. I just want you all to see what my CAP rep wrote to me. I just happened to come across it today. Someone, like you, Jonathon, needs to set them on track. I have evenn heard it from the horses mouth, right here on our site. Why do you think they denied me something cheap like a book? Hi Terry, This is a copy of CAP receiving the fax in request. We checked at the time with Pulse Data Human ware and they said that the manual is available via CD-ROM, their web site, or it is on the BrailleNote. I checked again today, and they are saying that they do not provide a hardcopy Braille manual. I use the manual on the BrailleNote myself and I also down loaded a text version from the Pulse data Human ware web site. You Should look for your CD-ROM or download the documentation from the web site. I hope this helps.
