Isaac, If Email is your friend's main concern, I would whole-heartedly suggest upgrading to the mPower. While I do perform a reset after emptying the trash and freeing database space, I'm sure this could be worked into the routine she would establish for dealing with her mail. It's certainly less complicated than a Windows environment. I have used my BN for Email for two years now and I can tell you, it's never been easier or as fast as it is now with the mPower.
