I checked the emails in the DELETED ITEMS of the Ofrfice Outlook. I noted some emails that I did not see. It looks like PK deleted 2 emails at a time. For the example, I deleted one, one, one, one, one, two, one, one, one, two, .....
It looks like I need to change the font size or screen size to be match to PK or Window-Eyes? Change from 8 or 10 pt of fonts to 12 pt? Some time PK reads skip a line, too.
