What program are you using to get your mail? I only ask because your instructions don't match anything I have. Someone else posted another set of directions for copying an Email address, and didn't say what program was being used either, but I was able to figure out that the QT BrailleNote or VoiceNote was meant in that case? What is being used in your case?
