What program are you using to get your mail?  I only ask because your 
instructions don't match anything I have.  Someone else posted another set of 
directions for copying an Email address, and didn't say what program was being 
used either, but I was able to figure out that the QT BrailleNote or VoiceNote 
was meant in that case?  What is being used in your case?

Just above the "Subject" line in the email, is the "to" line.  Above the "to" 
line is the "from" line and that is where the email address of the original 
sender is located.  So if you use your arrow keys, you should be able to find 
the individuals' email  for emailing off line purposes.
