I would imagine that there are few individuals at your place of employment who are going to be able to use your Braillenote. And, if you are not concerned about work site security, then I can't imagine where your concern lies. I personally lock my work station when I leave my desk, and I take my note taker with me. They're not going to have an easy time getting the data I have that way. Or, are you referring to documents produced at your work site that are shared with others? If that were the case, I would suggest you don't store such documents anywhere but on your work PC.
