I'm obviously connected to the network, because I would not be able to choose the network as a drive if the BN did not detect a network connection. The computer's netbios name is sam. The BN cannot resolve the name when I type it into the server prompt. I have already contacted my local HW office several times, and they have been of no assistance to me with any of the issues I have had since the upgrade. Sam

First, make sure you are connected to the network. I like to do this by going to a website, then once on the web page, exiting out of Keyweb and back to the main menu. Then try to connect to your network. As Dean mentioned, the "server name" is the name of your computer. Be sure the cases match. In other words, if your computer's name is in upper case, type it in upper case on the BN. If you don't have a user name and password on the PC, just press enter at those prompts on the BN. Finally, at the prompt about saving login data, (sorry, I don't have one here to get the exact wording), be sure to say "no." If all goes well, this should get you on to your network.
