Hi,
        If your anti virus software is preventing the download, just disable
it for the download.  After the download re enable it.

Carol, I have high-speed, and I don't see any dialogue boxes about saving as
a certain type.  Thanks for the suggestion though.  It just seems that it
should be no big deal to make a .zip file.  I know Sendero has their GPS
upgrades and their user POI files in a .zip format, and I've never had a
problem with them.
