Hi Leslie, let me see if I can help. When you have made a connection
between your BrailleNote PK and your PC using ActiveSync, this makes the
BrailleNote PK appear as a drive on your PC. This means that you can copy
the files for the PK upgrade directly to your BrailleNote PK, and do it all
from the PC. There is no need to touch the PK during this process once the
connection has been made.

So, let's say you have unzipped the files for the PK upgrade into a folder
on your PC that has no other files in it. Use My Computer or Windows
Explorer to go into that folder, press control and A together to select all
the files, and then press control and C together to copy those files to the
clipboard. Then make sure you have a compact flash card in your BrailleNote
PK, go to ActiveSync and choose the storage card option, and then press
control and V together to paste the files. This will copy your files from
your PC to the compact flash card that is inserted into your PK. Once this
copy is complete, you can verify that all has gone well by going to the
File manager on the PK, choosing Directory, and then choosing storage card.
You should see the files there now. Does this help at all?

I am getting to tired with no confidence to do.

There are too basic instruction to me but I need FULL instruction how
could I download from PC to PK via USB.

PC keeps to say that I can not do it to MOBILE DEVICE. I also use MS
ActiveSypc. It connected to PK as QUEST. I have no idea what will I do
with PK? It is still on MAIN MENU.

I read README.TXT, but not instruction in it.

I use the SEARCH on the User's Guide manual with the keyword, "download",
there are so many list. I am so bored to search them.

I saw the Humanware Webpage, "Tutorial" but I did not enter it because I
know it is MP3 which is nothing help me.

It keeps me wandering into many ways.

Sorry, I do not have Card Reader and not have CF slot on my PC. I do not
want to buy them but I keep the orginal what did Humanware make my PK
for.

Please give me FULL instruction. I already downloaded a zip file on my
PC. It is aready unzip and in a folder. Tell me HOW COULD I COPY IT TO
PK? And which folder of the PK should it paste? There are Application
Data, Downloads, Flashdisk, Storage card. Which one?

Please give me F-U-L-L instruction, please, please, please.

Let me nap now.

Good morning!
