I am please to announce that I have found my license sticker. It is extremely small. Thanks for your support. I do believe more should be done to preserve this sticker for others in the future.

Hello Theresa,

That is correct.  The reason is that we have to purchase licenses from
Microsoft so it isn't a simple matter of just being able to give you another
license at no cost.
