It can't sync with OE. Just Outlook. It does support Pop 3.

I thought the Braille Note and Braille Note M power supported pop three 
access - but you need to ensure htat pop three access is enabled on the
g 
mail site. Also, can the M power syncronise with outlook express, as I
have 
found this a far easier e mail clinet to navigate and use with jfw than 
outlook 2003.
