Yes.  I used to be able to connect my phone to my BN via the serial port, and 
use it as a modem to go online and download Email.  This no longer works, ever 
since I had my Braille display transferred into an mPower.


I don't believe it actually has anything to do with Verizon itself, it was just 
idle speculation.  I'm hoping something can be changed in the software that 
controls the serial port.
