But remember that you can only use certain network cards on the BN. Ever wonder why?
WINDOWS CE is not Windows XP. Windows XP is for the PC. People use their PC's in many different ways, and connect many different kinds of devices to them. Thus Windows XP provides many generic device drivers that usually work with most devices, but not all. Windows CE is designed to run on PDA's, which are compact and do not have nearly as much memory. Thus the OS had to be greatly scaled down. People generally do not use PDA's in the same way, and for as many tasks, so the OS contains far fewer generic drivers. This is why you can't just plug in any old printer, modem, network adapter, or mass storage device to the BN. /The situation is made worse because PDA's that allow you to interact with the OS allow you to install drivers, but because of Keysoft we cannot do this with the Braillenote.
