I had the exact same problem. Hopefully the service reset will fix it for
you. In my case though, it didn't. I would charge up the unit, then after
about a day, it would be totally frozen, not even a service reset would fix
it. Eventually, when the battery died completely, I could plug it in, and it
would reboot, and then repeat the same process. I ended up having to send it
back, which admittedly I was not happy about. They replaced the motherboard
and the battery which was good, but I do feel that this should not have
happened in the first place, perhaps more testing should have been done
before the product was released. Anyway, I got my unit back yesterday, and
it's working great.
