You can also find your serial number through the support information
menu.

Apologies - egg on face - it is on the bottom of the unit but, since
this came in the case and we had no indication that the number was
there, we didn't actually look. The problem is that you cannot read it
without removing the case, though if it were put nearer to the edge then
you could. In addition, there's no number sign so it's difficult to
know which way round you're supposed to be reading it - which could make
for some very interesting numbers!

Hi all,
Here's a suggestion for Humanware which would certainly aid a lot of us.
How about putting a Braille sticker on the base of our unit containing
our Serial Number?
I wasn't made aware of our serial number and just came across it by
chance, I think when I was carrying out a battery recalibration.
Alternatively this sort of documentation, together with information
about the warrantee and available SMA information should be given in
readable format. We have received none of these in Braille and I keep
forgetting to ask friends to check the print.
