Terry, it's not even necessary to do it my way.  My point is that is you didn't 
put it in from favorites, and did www.loc.gov/nls/braille that it would put you 
into the login point.  When you see that, and press dot 4-chord, this is what 
you see: Please type username and passwordThe next dot 4-chord says site
The next dot 4-chord says wwwlocgov
The next dot 4-chord says braille braille
The next one says Enter user name, Computer Braille is required.  That's where 
you'd type in your user name.  If you're already getting in, I wouldn't worry 
about these steps.
