Okay,
So sense it worked on another computer, we know it works so its not a BN
issue. Why don't you try reinstalling the braille display in the jaws
settings. What jaws are you running? What is different about the two
PC's?

Yep, I first plugged in the BN and made sure it worked by putting it in
remote synth mode and using the Keynote driver for Jaws. Then I
disconnected the port in ActiveSync. I even uninstalled ActiveSync when
everything didn't work. <LOL> Then I checked the settings in Jaws and
BrailleNote was selected as the primary display. Then I unloaded Jaws,
put the BN in terminal mode, and reloaded Jaws, and got no Braille.
Bummer! After all that, I performed all those steps with another
computer and it worked like a charm. Thank you so much for trying to
help me solve this, I really appreciate it. It's got me at a total
loss.
