I disagree.  Rehab adoesn't pay for a lot of the equipment.  I've hestd of a 
lot of people who can't get them to pay for anything.  Now, saying that, Rehab 
did buy my BN, multilanguage and GPS, I'VE bought the upgradffs and SMASTS)
