Thank you Mathew. I am running into some things that I can not find in the instructions. Like, I tried to move the downloaded product key package from my PC to my BN via ActiveSync, and there were questions about conversion files. I sure hope I did it right. If not, I still have the file on my PC,

You should ensure that your screen reading software is not looking
for
a
Braille display on that port as this will conflict with Activesync.

I would also check all the applications in the system tray to ensure
that
none of them could be hogging the port.
