I have two Braille notes because I worked hard to get them, and I have two
just for the reason you stated, so that hopefully I always have one since I
use it daily at home and at work.

You know what? Maybe it's just me, but for all of you who have braillenote
back-ups, hard versions you can hold in your hands, as back-ups somewhere,
could you please smile to yourselves? Because the rest of us are dealing
with ever having become dependent upon such an expensive and need to return
so quickly item okay? It messes up our work, school, and calendar, and it's
not pleasant to read about all these people who are that lucky to have two,
three, whatever number, available.

Sorry but I'm hurting re my loss I guess.

j-m.

Yes, well I am beginning to get worried but, fortunately I have the BN 32
which I usually keep at work, so I don't have to suffer complete Braille
Note withdrawal.

Greetings:

I was glad to hear that I am not the only person finding Humanware "Out to
Lunch" for the past few weeks. But, I am luckier than you. I was told that
they would be calling me in mid-December to send my classic bn in for the
transplant operation. I would be in crisis if I was without the unit for
seven weeks. I would call them with an attitude in the morning.
