You can try more than once. For, I actually downloaded the file the other day and updated my mPower a bit earlier this evening. Hmmmm, mine didn't even start after ten minutes. I wonder if the site only lets you try once. I'm just really baffled by how some people have no problems while others of us just stop at a certain point and sit there.
