I love my MPower dispite the few things that haven't worked out for me,
like bluetooth connection to activesync. That isn't the MPowers problem,
though, it's Microsoft's doing. It may still have some issues, but there
are fewer issues than the classics had. I don't spend money easily, so I
didn't get the upgrade to the new board that was offered between versions 4
and 5, but when I found out about the MPower I really really wanted it. I
haven't had mine long, but I have no regrets. I really value the increased
connectivity options, such as USB ports and being able to browse a network.
Most of all I appreciate the increase in onboard storage capacity and the
very fast response. I like to read large books, and it was annoying to
spend so much time opening them. I also use my Braille Note as a Bible and
that usually means looking up scriptures one after another. That meant
switching files and doing searches all the time, which was not efficient
with my old braille note. I haven't yet stopped appreciating the increased
speed every single time I open a file. <grin>
If you use Internet on your braille note I'd say the MPower is a must have.
Although I didn't own a braille note with a browser before now I did use
one at times, and found it too frustrating. The MPower changes that.
