Rhonda, I think you're doing a fine job!  It's just one of those things, if you 
forget to use the grade the BN wants, it won't do what you want it to.--Grin!  
Isn't it fun?
For what it's worth, I agree that the simplest way to deal with this would be 
to save the file as a KWB Braille file and call it good.
