I have been on several lists and I must say: that the "I am SOOO competent and you're not" attitude is not at all constructive. People who are blind or visually impaired have a long way to go in terms of learning "office politics." That means: 1. accept every question on face value; one day the appearingly dumb question could be yours. 2. Presume everyone is someone you should, and I mean should, respect. It's just easier. 3. Don't discuss politics, religion, or personal philosophies on a list which is technology based.

As a rehab counselor, you can make that decision. As for other people on this list, they have no right running down another user. The person who had the most to say is the person who has many of the difficulties, and had help getting the equipment. I'm about to unsubscribe. There was no point to be judgmental here. I have MS, the doctor and I have discovered. I can't even pick up a BN anymore. I thought about a pk, but, no, I'm not going to ask a rehab counselor. I don't even have one. > ----- Original Message ----- >From: "Richard Ring" <[EMAIL PROTECTED] >To: "Braillenote List" <[email protected] >Date: Tue, 13 Dec 2005 15:28:48 -0600 >Subject: RE: [Braillenote] braille note m-power >Yes, you're right.
