Hi Dean,

It seems to me that Key-base could replace the present database system if one can more easily configure or create databases and taylor them as one might like! Apparently Key-base has the added option of importing XL files etc. I'm wondering where it may be advantagious to use the present system and when is it advantagious to use the new Key-Base system other than what I said? Or, is the older system being maintained only for those of us who are use to it? Can material from the present system be imported into a new Key-base database?

Thanks for any thoughts you may have on this!

Hi Jim,

KeyBase databases will not be accessible with KeyList because the KeyBase
definition file has a .kbs extension rather than a KLT extension. KeyList
however, will continue to serve its original purpose in storing, navigating
and editing contact information.
