I have an 18-cell BN being updated to an M-power and when it returns I plan
to send in the 32 cell. I paid my service agreements in early November for
both units which were the classic BNs with the new mother boards and the
compact flash slot in the back.

I understood that the new units would be covered for the first year, but,
when I bought the 32 cell in 2003 and then upgraded the motherboard on the
18-cell later that same year and then called HumanWare in 2004 they said my
service agreements had not been renewed in 2003, with one new unit and one
upgraded unit I was told I would not need to upgrade until 2004, however, as
some may remember, in December 2004 I paid out $1800 to upgrade both units
to be eligible for 6.11.

So, now the question is, what is the status on the service, do I need to
shell out more money after just paying for service on the units in November
to have the M-power's covered?

How can I check that I have an up-to-date SMA? well I mean how many
conts I have left on mine, or if I need to buy a new one. Heck, the
interactive fiction add-on is a great idea. :)
