Well, I got the message to wait until down to 90% and yesterday the
battery was calibrated successfully.  Now I was pleased to receive that
questionnaire from Dean today and hope all of us will give him the
answers he needs.

I'm interested though in the longer term also, in how many hours we get
from a charge and, more specifically, when the battery needs to be
replaced.  From reading the manual, it appears to be that calibration
isn't necessary until the battery begins to age, so I just wonder what
we're saying here.  . . ..  Anyway, I'll be watching the space with
interest and also hope I won't have to send ours back!

In both cases, I got calibration to start; once at 90 and once at 53. I 
wonder if there is a problem if you are charging then in the midst of

decide to calibrate the battery? I wonder if you need to unplug the
adapter 
and plug it in again and then start calibration. It could be something
like 
that. On my first attempt, I did drop the bn to 90 playing on the web
then 
immediately plugged in the adapter and started the calibration process. 
That's when I got the rapid clicking sound when the talking died. It 
continued that all night and in the morning was still at 11 percent. I 
charged it to 53 percent then without unplugging, started the
calibration. 
I wonder if that caused it to reset that time?
Now that at least three of us have the problem, I don't feel so bad. I 
don't really want to spend 60 dollars to send my bn in when I have only
had 
it for a month if I don't have to<grin>.
