Hi, I don't know how the others do it but I use outlook express and in that
you have the option of adding a signature to your messages and these can be
as long or as short as you like. You can also have more then one, so I have
one with my name and phone numbers for when I am emailing businesses and
another one for when I am emailing friends or lists.

Hope this answers your question.

Do you guys have to hand type those quotes every time, or is there some
way to make them paste themselves?

Thanks,
Nicole
